Deyl Kearin, CCIM

Prior to forming Enduravest Partners, Deyl assisted in commercial property development, re-development, acquisition, disposition and asset management for Invest West Financial Corporation in Santa Barbara, California. He assisted or was primarily responsible for $18M of acquisitions, $58M of dispositions, and $24M of commercial development. He also helped raise $25M of private equity and arrange $15M of financing.

Deyl worked with Stinson Property Group in Santa Barbara, California preceding his tenure with Invest West. Deyl graduated from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, California and has earned the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member. He is an avid surfer, triathlete and fisherman. Deyl is married to his high school sweetheart and became a father in May of 2009.
